The 26-year-old lost her balance as she stood on a platform smoking a cigarette, and fell on the track. Fellow passengers on the platform last Friday waved frantically for the driver, Charice Lewis, to stop. Ms Lewis, 27, said: As Im approaching, the lady pops her head up. Im thinking, Oh my God, somebody is in the pit. Ms Lewis went into an emergency braking procedure and stopped just in time -- with the front end of the train over the unidentified woman.
