The 31 Greenpeace activists were arrested after coming down from the Palace of Westminster last night. Another 24 protesters were arrested on suspicion of trespassing on Sunday night and have been bailed. Londons 14m fake ID racket SCOTLAND YARD believes more than 30,000 false identities are in circulation in a racket estimated at 14m. Ms Garvey, who hosts Womans Hour on BBC radio 4, was granted a decree nisi in just 83 seconds at the High Court after 10 years of marriage. The couple split publicly in June last year but there have been widespread rumours about Chiless r e l a t i o n s h i p w i t h Christine Bleakley, 29, his co-host on BBC1s The One show, since she joined the programme in 2007. The pair have insisted they are just friends, but Ms Bleakleys former boyfriend, businessman Mark Beirne, blamed the failure of their relation- ship on her closeness to Chiles, who also presents Match Of The Day 2. Ms Garvey is expected to stay in the couples five-bedroom home in shepherds Bush, west London, which is worth 1.34m, and to be awarded part of Chiless 4m fortune. The couple will share custody of their daugh- ters, evelyn, eight, and sian, five. According to papers lodged with the court, the unreasonable behaviour by Chiles ended in May last year but no further details were given. This Is It had been promoted as a new Jackson recording, one of a multitude of unreleased tracks likely to come out in the next few years. But it emerged today that the tune, written by Jackson and My Way composer Paul Anka in 1983, had also been recorded 18 years ago under the title I Never Heard by obscure Puerto Rican singer Safire. Anka, 68, had threatened to sue Jacksons estate, but its administrators have now acknowledged his claims and granted him 50 per cent of the copyright, which he called fair.
