THE parents of a graduate whose remains have been found dumped by a motorway 13 years after she went missing, today told of their untold pain. Melanie Halls father Steve and mother Pat renewed their appeal for help to catch her killer, saying their daughters death caused an anguish that will not go away. Parts of the 25-year-olds skeleton, including her skull, pelvis, arm and leg bones were discovered in a bin bag by workmen clearing vegetation on an M5 slip road near Bristol on Monday. Ms Hall, a clerical officer at Baths Royal United Hospital, was last seen alive in Cadillacs night- club in the city at around 1am on 9 June 1996. At a police press conference, Mr Hall, 65, an ex-chairman of Bath City football club, said: Thirteen years ago we had a young, vibrant daughter with a bright future -- today we have a bag of bones discarded on the side of a motorway. We desperately need to know what happened to Melanie. Watching this interview, probably, will be the person or persons involved in Melanies murder -- if not, people who know of the people involved. His wife added: I feel very angry her body has been dumped on the road like a sack of garbage.
