It comes after it emerged that the 14-year-old girl who died shortly after being given the jab had a serious underlying medical condition. Natalie Morton collapsed at Coventrys Blue Coat Church of England School and died in hospital on Monday. Dr Caron Grainger, joint director of public health for NHS Coventry and the city council, said: Preliminary postmortem results have revealed a serious underlying medical condition which was likely to have caused death. We are awaiting further test results which will take some time. However, indications are that it was most unlikely that the HPV vaccination was the cause of death. Just one primary care trust in London admitted it will suffer delays to its vaccination programme as a result of Natalies death. Havering in east London suspended its programme for a day while it checked the vaccine, and jabs will resume again tomorrow. Steve Gladwin, spokesman for NHS London, said: We are still urging people not to panic. The vaccine programme in London is carrying on as normal. The NHS has quarantined the batch of Cervarix vaccine that contained the jab given to Natalie as a purely precautionary measure, and manufacturers GlaxoSmithKline will test it. The Tories have pledged to ditch the Governments plan for extra capacity at the west London airport if they win power next year. BA chief executive Willie Walsh said the airline, which lost 401m last year, would focus on more profitable long-haul services if it was stopped from expanding its way out of the recession. He said: If the Tories dont want a third runway, well have to cut capacity. PBORIS JOHNSON has won the backing of Conservative leader David Cameron in his drive to cut costs of the 2012 Olympics. The Mayor said Mr Cameron was very encouraging towards his campaign to save taxpayers 32m by changing venues. Mr Johnson failed to win approval from the Olympic board, made up of the British Olympic Association, Olympics minister Tessa Jowell and Sebastian Coe, head of organisers Locog, this month. Mr Johnson said: They are not only going against the directly elected Mayor of London if they pursue this, they are going against, potentially, the incoming UK government. I have discussed this with David Cameron and he has been very encouraging. Mr Camerons support signals that a Tory government would seek to cut Olympic costs to avoid a breach of the 9.3bn Games budget -- which would cause unease for Olympic board members Lord Moynihan and Lord Coe, both Tory peers. City Hall says it can save 32m by moving shooting, badminton and rhythmic gymnastics.Cameron: support Hes good-looking, handsome and 6ft 2in, in which case he would make a good policeman -- Ex-GMTV prEsEnTEr FiONa PHilliPSS GushinG TribuTE To hoME sEcrETary alan Johnson I can wake up feeling thin and fit and then the very next day I just feel Ive gained 10lbs -- ofTEn VoTEd ThE worlds sExiEsT woMan, acTrEss MegaN FOx, lEfT, adMiTs shE soMETiMEs haTEs hEr looks My wife thinks Im crazy, so do all my brothers, sisters and friends -- arsEnal-Mad NeSaN SiNNaDurai has TraVEllEd six Million MilEs in 31 yEars froM his aTlanTa hoME To aTTEnd GunnErs GaMEs DiSTriBuTiON HelPliNe: If you have any comments about the distribution of London Lite, ring 020 7651 5276, or email distribution@thelondonlite.co.uk On the Tube JOURNEY PLANNER For the easiest way to get around london visit tfl.gov. uk and click on Journey Planner london travel information call 020 7222 1234 24-hours Textphone 020 7918 3015 Travel alerts receive free real-time travel info on your mobile or email, subscribe at tfl.gov. uk/travelalerts for more information on oyster, visit oystercard.com lu Customer services for inquiries, call 0845 330 9880 between 8am and 8pm daily Congestion charging for payment details call 0845 900 1234 or visit cclondon. com london Travelwatch call 020 7505 9000 or visit londontravel watch.org.uk Roadwatch Victoria Street, Westminster: bT repairs at junction with bressenden place. aldgate High Street: water main repairs at little somerset street.
