I went to the press night with my husband and two friends, all regular theatregoers. The performers on stage were brilliant: the musicians were very talented and the cast had fantastic singing voices. We were seated in the fifth row of the stalls and at the end everyone was out of their seats, singing and dancing. There were some celebrities there who certainly didnt look like they were disappointed. So if youre thinking of seeing this show, dont let the reviews put you off. You will leave the theatre on a high. We did a round trip of 120 miles and it was well worth it.
