Miguel Colon, 37, was run over after pushing six- year-old son Sebastian out of the way of the car. The driver has been named as Mark St Pierre, 36. At least a dozen other people suffered minor injuries after St. Pierre drove at 60mph out of a restaurant car park in the Bronx, New York. Police say the drama began when St Pierre argued with his wife at about 4pm on Sunday. He is then alleged to have crashed his car into a parked car, knocking it into another vehicle, as he drove out on to the main road. After allegedly hitting Mr Colon as he crossed the road, St Pierre is said to have hit six more cars until his vehicle was too wrecked to drive. Mr Colon died at the scene. His son was unhurt. St Pierre was arrested and faces charges including manslaughter. A SAUDI ARABIAN court has jailed al Qaeda-linked militants over a campaign to destabilise the state. The 289 Saudis and 41 foreigners were said to be in the Al Qaeda In The Arabian Peninsula group. Their 30 attacks since 2003 included one on the worlds biggest oil plant at Abqaiq. Sentences ranged from a few months to 30 years. The computer giant said the web-based ver- sion of Office 2010 will include lightweight ver- sions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. It is set to compete with Googles free online Docs suite launched in 2006. Chris Bryant, Microsofts group product manager for Office, said 400million Windows Live users will have access to the application at no cost. He added: We knew that if and when we were going to bring appli- cations into a web environment, we needed to do the hard work first because we set such a high bar. Microsoft also announced that it will introduce a music streaming service similar to Spotify.
